Sardini Ltd was founded in 2017. The farm is comprised of 45 ha of oyster culture licenses.

Our oysters are farmed within the intertidal shore line of Millay, off the seabed in bags placed on top of trestles.

It take 15 to 24 months to grown an oyster from seed to a marketable size.

We have steadily increased our production to 200 tonnes of homogeneous premium quality oysters per annum.
