Sardini Ltd was crested in 2017 and comprise 45 ha of oyster culture licenses.

Oysters are farmed withinn the intertidal shore line, off the bottom in bags placed on top of trestles.

It take 15 to 24 months to grown an oyster from seed (6mm) to marketable size (65/120 grams).

We have steadily increased our production to 150 tones of homogeneous premium quality oysters.
